Nonproliferation, Arms Control, and Disarmament

The Nonproliferation, Arms Control, and Disarmament (NACD) Interest Group is designed to serve as a focal point for the study and development of law relating to nonproliferation, arms control, and disarmament. It aims to facilitate exchange between governmental and non-governmental experts on NACD law, between NACD law experts and policymakers, and between NACD law experts and experts in other areas of the law (such as international trade law, international organization law, and foreign legal systems) that can contribute to the study and development of NACD law. NACD Interest Group activities will include hosting speakers and roundtables, sponsoring panels at ASIL annual meetings, and the informal sharing and critiquing of ideas, research, and papers.
