Issues > Human Rights & Humanitarian Law
The Human Rights & Humanitarian Law issues area encompasses recent developments in the field of human rights, including contemporary issues related to gender equality, minority rights, trade and human rights, and the domestic incorporation and enforcement of international norms. Developments concerning the status and application of the laws of war and the Geneva Conventions generally as well as in the context of combating terrorism will also be addressed.
